How we use it

• Route your request for samples, documentation, or quotes
• Continue the discussion on WhatsApp only if you explicitly opt in
• Meet internal response SLAs (e.g., Priority A within 15 minutes during working hours)

WhatsApp messaging rules (summary)

• TERPLAX does not send unsolicited messages; you must opt in first
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP
• Outside the 24-hour support window, TERPLAX uses approved WhatsApp templates where required

Retention & sharing

TERPLAX stores lead submissions to handle your request and keep a compliance record of your consent. TERPLAX does not sell your information. TERPLAX may use service providers (for example, web hosting and internal lead routing) to process your submission.
